How I work with you
By staying client-centred and flexible, I ensure that there is a good fit between my approach and my client’s personality and worldview.
We work as a team to map out where you want to be, and how to get there.
We will work together to find practical, realistic ways to become unstuck and then to move towards the life you want to live.
I work in a hands-on, active way with you to help you gain new insights into your functioning, understand your problems better, come up with practical solutions, develop new skills, and enhance existing strengths.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a guiding framework, as I have found that it resonates well with my clients. I also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) when it benefits my clients, and ensure that I find a good fit between what my clients want to get out of their high-impact coaching journey and the way we work together.

Areas of Specialisation
Specialist Therapy
I provide exclusive, specialist therapy for adults who want to improve themselves and their lives. This may include overcoming some of the following challenges:

High-Impact Coaching
High-Impact Coaching offers you a powerful space to explore your values, beliefs, goals, relationships, career, and ambitions. I typically work with managers, C-suite executives, and other high-impact individuals looking to take their performance to the next level.
Personal development and growth are always important. I work with my clients to reinforce positive coping skills, to develop resilience, and to create an environment in which you thrive.
Corporate change management
I consult to businesses who are undergoing or planning a period of change to:
plan an effective change process (following Kotter’s 8-stage change process or using the ADKAR model)
manage impacts on staff
assess and design incentivisation structures
implement new systems and processes
monitor and assess progress
leverage behaviour change science to achieve change targets

Approaches
Frameworks and
strategies I use in my work
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psycho-social intervention that aims to reduce symptoms of various mental health conditions, primarily depression and anxiety disorders. Cognitive behavioral therapy is one of the most effective means of treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Therapy
In CBT, we work together to rework the unhelpful thoughts that are getting in the way of you living a fulfilling life, and we use proven behavioural strategies to help you feel good at work, in your relationships, and in your life. Exposure Therapy is one of the behavioural strategies we use to tackle anxiety, panic, perfectionism, phobias, and trauma.
BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT)
BWRT is an innovative new treatment approach that focuses on rapidly reconfiguring the way your brain processes certain thoughts, feelings, urges, or memories.
It is especially effective for trauma memories and phobias - in just one session you could experience a complete recovery.
